On 2001 July 25 the records relating to the Swift Current Tourism Committee and the Horseshoe Tourism Region were transferred to the Swift Current Museum. On 1997 August 14 records relating to the Quota Club were transferred from the Swift Current Museum permanent collection. On 1996 November 15 records relating to the Swift Current Natural History Society were transferred to the Swift Current Museum. On 1997 August 14 records relating to the Swift Current Rotary Club were transferred to the Swift Current Museum. On 2007 December 18 records relating to the Swift Current and District Men's Fastball League, amateur hockey, curling, and Museums Association of Saskatchewan - Prairie Trails Museum Network were transferred to the Swift Current Museum. Swift Current Museum records creation are ongoing.

The fonds, related to the Swift Current Tourism Committee, the Horseshoe Tourism Region, Quota Club, Swift Current Natural History Society, Swift Current Rotary Club, Swift Current Indians, Hall's Legionnaires, Swift Current Broncos, Swift Current and District Men's Fastball League, curling, Museums Association of Saskatchewan - Prairie Trails Museum Network, and the Swift Current Museum were accumulated by the source.
