The Saskatoon office of the Saskatchewan Archives is located on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan. Our office is in the north wing of the Murray Building, between the new wing of the Place Riel Student Centre and the Main Library.
The mandate of the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan is to acquire and preserve public and private records of significance to Saskatchewan and to facilitate access to those records. The Archives also provides records management services to provincial government ministries, boards, agencies, Crown corporations and commissions.

The reading rooms of both locations are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The reading rooms in both locations are open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. (There is no retrieval service from 12:00-1:00 pm and after 3:45 pm). Closed statutory and civic holidays.
