Scope and content

Publication relating to the Meewasin Valley Authority Oral History Heritage Project consisting of transcripts of oral histories of individuals from the Saskatoon River Valley area. The interviews include personal information and details of what life by the river was like in the past, with stories about the annual ice break-up, fishing and skating, and water and ice supply. Interviews were conducted in 1985 by Jennifer Webber, a research assistant with Meewasin Valley Authority in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
