Series and sub-series titles supplied by archivist. File titles provided by record creator or were taken from box list supplied by records creator. Numerical order of files maintained - within files items are arranged in reverse chronological order. Records are contained in two series: 2001 Correspondence and 2002 Correspondence, which are subsequently divided into several sub-series. Sub-series divisions are based upon the file numbers assigned by records creator, who demarked divisions in intervals of 100 (i.e. files numbered 100-199 represents the first sub-series, files 200-299 represents the second sub-series, files 300-399 represent the third sub-series, etc). Sub-series titles frequently based upon the jurisdiction responsible for the handling of issues covered by the records (i.e. provincial ministry, or federal responsibility).
