Scope and content

1): Handwritten recipe book of John Oswell Lewis.

2): Biographical information on the Lewis and Grieve families compiled by Bey Grieve, grandson of John Oswell Lewis, in July 2017. Includes information on the career of John O. Lewis, who worked as a chef in various hotels and cafes in Saskatchewan, and operated hotels in Wadena and Wynyard, Saskatchewan (The Hotel Wynyard) with his wife, May (McCormack) Lewis. .
