The fonds, related to the Dunelm School District Reunion, was created by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

The content has not been professionally appraised, arranged, or described. The following is a basic listing of the unprocessed contents:

  • scrapbook pertaining to a Dunelm District Reunion in 1980; contains newspaper clippings; held at Camp Elim at Lac Pelletier, Saskatchewan; contains information about the history of Dunelm the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR)’s first stop south of Swift Current; documents pertaining to a plaque commemorating Dunelm School including a program for the dedication ceremony, featuring a history of the school district; program for the reunion; list of reunion committee members; information on “Trestle Treats”, a booklet published for the reunion; a history of the Dunelm district including the names of the original settlers; map of Dunelm, 1911; correspondence pertaining to the organization of the reunion; copies of Dunelm School attendance for 1925 and 1916; photos of the reunion and of the plaque on the rock commemorating the location of the original school house (see below); expenses for reunion; Cummins map of the Dunelm district; other correspondence.
