This fonds contains five series, the first consists of the records kept by the War Services Council and the War Services Auxiliary. Included is an Honour Roll of Moose Jaw servicemen, reports of the Parcels and Records Committee, two binders of newspaper reports on local servicemen killed, missing in action, or taken prisoner of war. There are also acknowledgment and thank you letters from parents to Moose Jaw City Council for the memorials and tributes paid to their fallen sons. There are two scrapbooks of newspaper clippings of war-related news. The second series contains 2 Visitor Books and a Reception and Adopted Homes Book of the War Services Club. The third series is financial records, including receipts, statements and ledgers. The fourth series is made up of minutes, reports and by-laws. The final series is comprised of correspondence, including thank you notes and letters relating to ration amounts.

The Elks Club fonds consists of 11 series: Scrapbooks and Clippings, Financial Records, Legal Documents, Meetings and Conferences, Publications, Correspondence, Membership, Events, Rules and Regulations, History of the Lodge and Lodge Renovations. This fonds also contains some material from the Elks Club auxiliary group, The Order of the Royal Purple.

The Agnes (Frejd) Richards fonds consists of 34 cm of textual records. This includes 16 textbooks brought from Ontario to assist Mrs. Richards in her classroom. The textbooks cover a variety of subjects, such as poetry, composition, history, nature study, and arithmetic.

This fonds consists of one Moose Jaw Evening Times printing template. The template is page 3 of the August 10, 1921 newspaper.

This fonds is material pertaining to Harold John “Jack” Elliott. It includes material from his memorial service, his military and police service, and items from his childhood. There are three series in this fonds: Memorial Service, Military and Police Service, and Memorabilia.

This series contains to scrapbooks and a vinyl record. The scrapbook includes programs and newspaper clippings about the band. The vinyl record is an audio recording of the Moose Jaw band capital of North America theme song produced in 1970.

This fonds contains the records of the Brotherhood of the Railroad Trainmen at Moose Jaw Lodge #34. It consists of financial ledgers, attendance registers and minute books from 1889-1952. Many of the minute books include member lists, attendance records and election results.
