This fonds consists of six series that are comprised of the 1) Shareholders records, 2) Minutes, 3) Legal and correspondence, 4) Financial records, 5) Operations records, 6) History of the Westview Rural Telephone Company.

This fonds contains photographs of Vera Bennett and the Bennett family, as well as accreditation certificates belonging to Vera Bennett. Also contained is a letter to Cecilia Bennett from Steve May.

This fonds consists of a series of scrapbooks kept by Sam A. Hamilton, one containing personal letters and memorabilia and newspaper clippings from the Moose Jaw Evening Times from 1911 to 1947, and another consisting of correspondence, reports, memorabilia and newspaper clippings relating to politics, including the Moose Jaw civic elections of 1918, 1919 and 1920.

This fonds contains tax assessments and notices of Mary E. Horn pertaining to land she purchased in Moose Jaw. It also includes a land plot advertisement, as well as correspondences and receipts regarding the land purchase.

This fonds consists of a book of share certificates of the Farewell Rural Telephone Company Limited. 14 certificates for a total of 90 shares sold were issued between 1912 and 1919. The remaining certificates in the book are blank.

This fonds reflects the activity of St. Paul’s Church. It includes three series: Church Operations, Financial Records and Sunday School Records.

This fonds contains the marriage certificate of William Connelly and Helen Connelly (née Bell).

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports of services and activities, membership and volunteer services as well as scrapbooks of newspaper clippings and photographs of the business, activities and history of the International, Canadian, and local Red Cross. The minutes are complete from the inaugural meeting held in 1914 to the final meeting in 1991 when the Moose Jaw office closed.

This fonds contains one death certificate, one commemorative scroll, and one b&w photograph. The death certificate and commemorative scroll pertain to William James Gillespie, and the photograph is of the reinforcements of the 46th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary force in the First World War, of which William James Gillespie was a member.

This fonds is composed of three series. Included is a mission statement, rules and regulations for medical staff, an invitation to a Nursing School graduation and a program from a fund-raising event. There is material related to the building service employees. The second series is a compilation of hospital assets and inventory of equipment, some with descriptions and instructions. The third series consists of blueprints, drawings, specifications and correspondence pertaining to construction of the Providence Hospital in 1917 and all the additions and renovations made to the facility over the years.

This fonds consists of waybills, telegraph forms, reports and circulars dealing with the railway operations at the Grand Trunk Pacific/Canadian National Railways operations at Stony Beach, Saskatchewan.

This fonds contains the activities of the Kiwanis Club of Moose Jaw during its existence. The fonds is divided into 15 series: reports, minutes, membership, constitution and by-laws, administration, correspondence, distributables, activities and events, finances, ephemera, scrapbooks and news clippings, certificates, awards, and plaques, photographs, sound recordings, and artifacts.

This fonds contains material about the Green Family. It includes a program from the Moose Jaw School District No. 1 Semi-Centennial, where on page 11 John R. Green wrote about his memories of the school, a Margaret Eaton School Calendar, where Eva Green is listed as a student in 1929, and an RNS Program. It also includes Zion United Church booklets that lists Frances and Eva Green’s names, a booklet for the Fran Pieran Club, a G.P. Plaxton Real Estate booklet, a binder belonging to Eva Green that contains newspaper clippings booklets on local council, business and professional women, and other things of interest, and three Central Collegiate school yearbooks belonging to Eva and Frances Green.

This fonds consists of business records of the Tuxford Hospital Company including minutes, correspondence, financial and stockholders records. No operational/medical records are included other than patient accounts.

This fonds consists primarily of the financial records of Moose Jaw Plumbing and Heating including various ledgers and account books.
