Contents include published Acts and Proceedings (with minutes of the General Assembly, reports, etc.), materials related to the Committee on Church Union and the Presbyterian Church Association, as well as a range of other documents and publications about Church Union, especially the Presbyterian debates on that topic.

This fonds contains materials primarily related to Richard Sweet’s interest and research into the history of brewing. There are extensive materials relating to Canadian and western US breweries; beer companies; and beer-related materials, including magazines, newsletters, other published reference material, and collectibles (predominantly, posters, labels and mats). It includes Richard Sweet’s extensive notes, and his research materials leading to his publications, The Directory of Canadian Breweries (first and second editions); Malted Manitoba; and Brewed Right on the Prairies: 122 Years of Brewing in Saskatchewan.

Contents include obituaries, newspaper articles, pamphlets, programs, publications, and various other documents containing biographical information. Some are accompanied by portraits.
Most of the material is included in a few series (Glenn Lunn Circle, Friendly Neighbors Club, 4H Club) - many books of club minutes, events or projects. Other series, such as the lodges, RCMP, Postmasters Association have only a few items.
