This fonds contains one series consisting of several scrapbooks kept by Philip H. West from 1944 to 1957. They contain invitations and letters to Mr. and Mrs. West, newspaper clippings concerning the couple, relatives or friends. Also included are diplomas and certificates presented to Mr. and Mrs. West, programs of events, various pictures, greeting cards and postcards, brochures of tourist sites, water colour paintings done by Philip West and memorabilia of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.

This collection consists of one series containing a scrapbook kept by Garth Smith but no certain date is established, except that the newspaper clippings kept may have been from around the time of the Province's Golden Jubilee in 1955.

They all portray Mr. Walker's enjoyment of bird watching as well as his involvement in the Saskatchewan Natural History Society. Also included are newsletters from the Saskatchewan Natural History Society and invitations from the Government of Saskatchewan to the Annual Dinner of the American Ornithologists' Union.

This fonds contains Minute Books of meetings of the South African War Veterans Association of Moose Jaw, documentation of the finances of the association as well as correspondence between the association and its members. The minute books also include correspondence between the Association and other organizations or local government. Throughout the fonds are various newspaper clippings concerning members of the association.

This fonds contains a minute book of meetings of trustees and ratepayers, daily registers for attendance at the Blofield School No. 1307, an inventory of the land and the school building, correspondence from the secretary treasurer of the Blofield School District as well as notes from a meeting of the School Board.

This fonds contains photocopies of the Daily Registers for attendance of students at the Buffalo Lake School S.D. No. 119 kept by the teachers. Also included are photocopies of a financial ledger documenting the expenditures of the said school.

This fonds consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department, two booklets of the Department's "Rules and Regulations." Also included is a book of inventory and accounts as well as correspondence from the Moose Jaw Trades and Labor Council to City Council requesting the expansion of the City's fire limits and regulations. A Souvenir booklet of the Moose Jaw Fire Department as well as documents that illustrate a portion of the department's history, is also present.

This fonds consists of series of minute books and a cash book of the Quincy Ladies Aid. Also included are memos pertaining to the sale of a portion of the Quincy school land. It was sold to the province for the widening of a highway.

This fonds consists of two scrapbooks of the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild containing photographs and newspaper clippings concerning the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild.

This fonds consists of a five series dealing with the Moose Jaw Old Timers Association. One regarding the general business of the association, another focused on the annual banquet and dance given by the association for its members. A series of the history notes of the Moose Jaw area, pioneer lists and a publication of history for Moose Jaw's Golden Jubilee. Another series contains the records of the associations banquets and the final series is made up of correspondence to the organization.

This fonds consists of several series dealing with the activities of J. E. Pascoe during his time as Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Golden Jubilee Committee, the Mayor of Moose Jaw and as a private citizen. See General Note.

The fonds consists of material pertaining to the administration and history of the Moose Jaw General Hospital. Such material includes photocopied meeting minutes of the Moose Jaw Hospital Board, correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes of the Centralized Teaching Program Board of Administration, correspondences, reports, and awards lists regarding graduating nurses, the administrative and structural history of the hospital, and booklets published for it’s reincarnation as the Moose Jaw Union Hospital.

This fonds consists of eight scrapbooks of newspaper articles concerning Moose Jaw, written by James Morton as a staff writer for the Regina Leader-Post.

This fonds consists of a series of scrapbooks kept by Sam A. Hamilton, one containing personal letters and memorabilia and newspaper clippings from the Moose Jaw Evening Times from 1911 to 1947, and another consisting of correspondence, reports, memorabilia and newspaper clippings relating to politics, including the Moose Jaw civic elections of 1918, 1919 and 1920.

The fonds contains several series containing programs of events, the League's official business in their operation and the League's efforts in conserving and managing resources and wildlife.
