This fonds contains one report on the history of the Zion Methodist Church in Moose Jaw. IT was written by Farrah Banilevic in 1993 for a social studies class at A. E. Peacock Collegiate. It includes the history of the church as well as eight colour photographs of the interior of the church.

It also includes a receipt from Canadian Gulf Oil Company and correspondence regarding Western Drilling Company and Mackenzie’s land.

This fonds contains a portion of a notebook containing an English-Aboriginal language dictionary. The dictionary was compiled by Dr. John Maclean and identified as such by Annie Wallis. Her name and Dr. John Maclean’s name are inscribed on the last page of the notebook. Although the language of the dictionary is not identified in the text, the language departments of the First Nations University in Regina, Saskatchewan believe it is Dakota.

This fonds consists of a type written history of the Keeler Grandmothers Club, six notebooks of minutes, financial reports, membership and attendance records. There are receipts from purchases and donations made. There is a thank you card from a member.

There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

There are lists of shareholders and members, financial statements and correspondence. There are 2 black and white undated photographs and photocopies of photographs. Also there are swim meet schedules, programs, and results, as well as blank membership application forms, membership cards, newspaper clippings and a sheet of letterhead. There are minutes of meetings of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949 and minutes of the Saskatchewan Section of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949. National results and records are also included for 1947.
