Contents include: minutes of the Policy Committee (ca.1920), a report to the General Council of Local Union Churches of Western Canada (1921), and resolutions passed by the General Council (1922); publications relating to the General Council (1921-1924); correspondence regarding Union Churches and Cooperative Churches (1924); and an address, The Evolution of Organic Church Union in Canada, given by the Chairman at a General Council Meeting, on April 5, 1915.

There is also a group of additional materials on the topic of Local Unions, created/collected by the Rev. W.H. Hughes. This contains some originals and some copies of archival materials, along with other documents assembled by Hughes.

Correspondence between Rev. Thomas Currant, Secretary of the Association, and Rev. Samuel Farley of the First Presbyterian Church; Regina, concerning the use of "The Presbyterian Church in Canada" as part of a weekly advertisement of the Ministerial Association appearing in the Regina Leader. Rev. Currant also corresponded with other United Church officials for advice on the subject. Copies of letters printed in the newspaper on the subject are included.

Contents include: minutes; correspondence; statistics; historical notes outlining the history of the Presbyterian Church in the Prince Albert area, 1866-1920; and the “Historical Records of the Presbytery of Prince Albert” (1920), Written by J. Sheridan Bole, of the Historical Committee. The collection also includes “A Diary of Arthur Whiteside” (1880-1882), a typed copy of the diary of a Methodist clergyman who established the Wesley Church and worked there are a missionary.

Historical Record of Prince Albert Presbytery

Bound album "The Historical Record of the Presbytery of Prince Albert", 1929. Contents include a typed history, written by J. Sheridan Bole, Chairman of the Presbytery Historical Committee, with a brief outline of the Presbyterian Mission at Prince Albert and of the Presbytery, and detailed histories of the charges within the Presbytery. The back part of the volume ("Illustrations" section) contains photographs of churches and other buildings associated with church activities, such as mission hospitals and schools. Prints are partially attached to pages, while negatives, in protective envelopes, are also loosely tucked into the volume.
