This series contains certificates of appreciation and donation. It includes a variety of posters kept by the organization, such as an object and declarations poster and the four way think test. It also contains a scrapbook of newspaper clippings about the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow and a gift from a former exchange student.

This series includes information on the various activities that Number 9 Scout Hall was involved in. This includes administrative duties, field trips, training documentation, certifications, annual reports, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook that contains clippings and other ephemera, and other publications that feature Number 9 Scout Hall.

This series includes files pertaining to the rules and objectives of the club, as well as meeting agendas, and evidence of activities such as planning for camping excursions, Christmas carols, and a commemorative certificate. Also included are two drawings of the club logo, and the club decal.
