This fonds is comprised of three series. There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

This fonds consists of the original material that was written and submitted for the compilation of the book “The Rolling Hills Review 1840-1980.” It includes family histories(biographies), stories, historic information on places, organizations, companies and events during the period from 1840 to 1980 for the Bevitt, Crestwynd, Bay Island, Don Jean, Old Wives, Piety Hills and Windcrest Districts.

This fonds consists of correspondence, financial records, inspectors’ records and general business records of the Summerside School District #269 during the late 1920's. All material consists of loose sheets.

This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

This fonds contains four books that belonged to the family of George Benjamin Cubitt Sharpe.

The two Ontario Readers books were published in 1884 and 1885, and belonged to Ernest W.C. Sharpe. The methodist hymn book was likely used by Georgina Sharpe as it contains a letter sent from her. The hymn book also includes four flattened flowers, five newspaper clippings, and a weekly schedule of the the Zionist Methodist Church from 1911.

This fonds contains commemorative booklets, event programs, newspaper clippings, drawings, and photographs of the Sprigs O’ Heather girls pipe band.

This fonds contains photographs of Vera Bennett and the Bennett family, as well as accreditation certificates belonging to Vera Bennett. Also contained is a letter to Cecilia Bennett from Steve May.

This fonds consists of material relating to the R. A. F. No. 32 Choir’s Nautical Nites performance on Wednesday, February 16, 1944. The performance was sponsored by the Westhall Club of St. John’s Church and all proceeds from the event went to the local Navy Auxiliary. It was held at the Moose Jaw Technical School. The performance was conducted by Eric Holden and accompanied by William Poole. This fonds includes newspaper clippings about the performance, a ticket and a programme from the event.

This fonds contains photocopies of autobiographical stories by Arthur Bonneau.

This fonds includes a statement of accounts of the estate of Walter F. Thorn from October 26, 1967 to October 26, 1973.

This fonds contains three series: Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes financial records belonging to the Ellis’, such as an account book, shares, and a land title. It contains memorabilia of family and events in Moose Jaw as well as letters sent and received by the Ellis’.

This fonds contains photocopies of a memo book (1927-1939) and a minute book (1928-1939) from the Moose Jaw Police Service. This material contains copies of internal memos, minutes and financial documents.

This fonds contains a notebook produced by residents of Pioneer Village, which includes minutes of meetings and newspaper clippings about residents. It also includes notes and photographs of residents. Also included are a blank ledger belonging to Frank Warn, and a poem booklet belonging to Margaret Park, both of Pioneer Village.

This fonds contains one report on the history of the Zion Methodist Church in Moose Jaw. IT was written by Farrah Banilevic in 1993 for a social studies class at A. E. Peacock Collegiate. It includes the history of the church as well as eight colour photographs of the interior of the church.

This fonds consists of legal contracts, minutes of meetings, financial records and statements, annual reports and correspondence of the Moose Jaw Community Centre Company from 1956 to 1970. Included is a historic timeline of the building of the Civic Centre, some schedules of events at the Civic Centre, a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and a file of newspaper clippings pertaining to business of the Company.
