This series contains correspondence with RG Williamson's friends, colleagues, and government officials; research materials; notes, drafts, and final versions of speeches, articles, theses, reports and books, both by Williamson and by others; conference data and publications; memoranda relating to social welfare issues; government reports and documents; etc.

1. Drafts and manuscripts

This series contains drafts and manuscripts of Robert Currie's writing. Some files include correspondence and editorial comments.

10. Northwest Territories Council

This series contains materials related to Williamson's tenure as a Member of the Legislative Council, Northwest Territories, beginning with his election by acclamation in 1966. It includes correspondence, speeches and notes, as well as published records relating to the work of the Council, and reports on issues of concern to the Territory.

11. Nunavut

This series contains documents relating to the background of, creation, and administration of Nunavut Territory.

12. Personal

This series contains correspondence, financial, medical, and other records relating to Williamson and his family.

13. Spence Bay Baseline Study

This series contains data, reports, correspondence, etc. used or compiled during the research and writing of the baseline study, "The Boothia Peninsula People."

14. University of Saskatchewan

This series contains records relating to Williamson's university committee work, and most extensively documents his work with the International Committee and international studies. In addition, it contains some reference materials from the Centre for Community Studies, and includes correspondence on a variety of issues facing the University over time.

16. Publications

This series contains Williamson's extensive collection of reference materials, primarily related to circumpolar regions. It includes several Inuit publications, as well as some government reports, academic articles, community publications, etc.

2. Published works

This series consists of Robert Currie's published volumes including chapbooks and copies of periodicals containing his writing. Some volumes are signed.
