This series consists of two Visitor Books signed by those visiting the War Services Club and a volume that recorded requests of servicemen and hosts to arrange hospitality, meals, and board on certain occasions from 1940 to 1944.

This series contains meeting minutes, by-laws, and declarations. It includes descriptions of the organization’s various committees as well as their reports received by the executive committee. It also contains one rubber stamp that reads: 'Moose Jaw War Co-Ordinating War Services Council / Chairman or Vice Chairman/ Treasurer’. The stamp appears on various reports throughout the series and fonds.

This series holds correspondences relating to donations, many of these are in the form of thank you notes to donors. It also includes Ration Administration forms and correspondence. This series consists of a portion of the Metcalf family tree covering, partially, six generations. Also included are a copy of a farewell address to Homer A. Metcalf from the residents of Macrorie Saskatchewan and a funeral memorial of him.

This series consists of a supposed membership list of the local K.K.K. gathered by the provincial government. Also included is a letter from the Provincial Archivist confirming its return to the Moose Jaw Archives.

This series consists of Minute Books of the Moose Jaw Branch of the South African War Veterans Association. The books also contain newspaper clippings concerned with members of the association and correspondence.

Accounts

This series contains cheque books of the South African War Veterans Association from 1948 to 1962. An account book of The Imperial Bank of Canada, tracking the account of the Association from 1938 until 1962 is included, along with this are account statements from the said Bank dating from 1945 through 1960. Also included receipt books of donations and membership dues paid to the association and receipts of certain purchases that were made with association funds. All these are considered in annual financial statements that are recorded by the association.

This series consists of correspondence of the Moose Jaw Branch of the South African War Veterans Association. Included are letters concerning the notification of funeral services for passed members, invitations for the association to attend certain events as well as programmes to the events and general correspondence between the association and its members.

This series consists of various other material of the Moose Jaw branch of the South African War Veterans Association. Included are a "Decoration Day Service Programme" from 1938, a Dominion of Canada National Registration form and a laminated newspaper clipping publicizing the 60th anniversary reunion of the association.

Department Functioning Documents

This series consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department incorporating the dates July 6, 1904 through April 10, 1912. Also included is a Ledger of inventory and accounts of the Fire Department in partial regard to Volunteers dating from 1906 1912. Finally two booklets are included from 1915 titled "Rules and Regulations City of Moose Jaw Fire Department."
