This series consists of items written about the history of the Elks. This includes the historian’s report, Elks History Book and the history of the Moose Jaw lodge.

This series contains the bulletins, notices, news, and other distributed documents of the club. It consists of subseries official bulletins, committee bulletins, Kiwanis News and magazines, notices, suggestions, district bulletins, and officer’s bulletins.

This series contains minutes, proceedings and reports from various meetings at the Lodge, including Lodge meetings, House Committee meetings, Directors’ meetings, Provincial Officers’ meetings and many others. It includes reports and proceedings from annual provincial and national conferences. There is also a black and white photo from the Elks’ 32nd annual convention in 1961.

This series contains multimedia materials depicting various events hosted and attended by Elk members. This includes curling tournaments, minor football, loonie draws, fashion shows, fundraisers, and various other events. Many of the photographs are not dated and the individuals are unidentified.

This subseries consists of newspaper articles written by Leith Knight that were cut out of newspapers and adhered to backing paper. These differ further from the loose newspaper articles because the majority also adhere to the categorization system used for her drafts. The letters found in this subseries are: A, M, N, O, P, and Q. As with the drafts, there are also a number of articles which are not marked by a letter and a number.

This series contains a guest register for theie various events, a promotion list of customers and media outlets and a binder containing profiles of the Slade Gallery Artists.

This series contains healthy recipes that were shared and distributed by the support group as part of their continuing care mandate.
