This fonds contains material related to the administration, programing, and information services of the USSU Women’s Centre in its various incarnations as well as informational brochures, reports, clippings and reference material on a variety of subjects of particular concern to women.

This collection consists of programs, posters, photographs, video recordings and artefacts documenting the development of gay drag in Saskatchewan. The materials are primarily from Saskatoon with some from Regina, and most date from 1984 to 2004. Also included in the collection are records related to the exhibit "All Frocked Up: Glimpses of Cross Dressing in Saskatchewan," produced by Neil Richards in 2003 and presented in the Link Gallery at the University of Saskatchewan. Materials in this collection were donated by Brent Daum, Tim LeMay, Guedo Philipchuk, Neil Richards, Garnet Woloschuk and Maria Jochmaring.

This fonds documents the academic career of P.M. Swan through correspondence with colleagues and friends, work for and by students, research and publication, and administrative records including material pertaining to the Museum of Antiquities.

This fonds contains correspondence and memoranda relating to the administration of the Department of Economics and Political Science. Included is correspondence with Regina College, other universities, and the provincial government. Also included is material relating to the formation of the Institute for Northern Studies and the administration of the M.J. Coldwell Essay Competition.

This collection includes working papers and completed versions of Hillis’ published and unpublished poetry, drama, and fiction, as well as research and correspondence related thereto. The collection includes a range of interviews conducted by Hillis with a number of Saskatchewan authors for her books Voices and Visions and Plainspeaking. This collection also includes chapbooks published by Andrew Suknaski, Lorna Uher, and Mick Burrs.
Further, the collection contains a range of materials gathered by Doris on the subject of puppetry for her work with the Macklin Puppeteers throughout the 1960’s and 1970’s. Her personal memoirs are also included, as are materials from her involvement in Saskatchewan’s literary community, including helpful information on the art of writing from her workshops.

The fonds includes material documenting William Deverell’s career primarily as a writer and a lawyer. Among other material, included are research and drafts relating to most of his books and screenplays; other writing; documents re court cases, particularly those used as background for books and screenplays (including the CBC series Scales of Justice); records relating to The Writers Union of Canada; material relating to early activities including newspaper articles written by Deverell and clippings etc. relating to his election campaigns and trials he was involved in; videocassettes of his films Shellgame and Mindfield; correspondence with agents, publishers, producers, fans, etc., and other records relating to the publication and promotion of his books and films; and professional and personal correspondence with Carol Shields, Marian Engel, Margaret Atwood, Susan Musgrave, Stephen Reid and others.

This fonds consists largely of Richards' correspondence, lecture materials, personal data, addresses, articles, and research material. His work on the "Atlas of Saskatchewan" is included as is a variety of research material from studies done on an array of topics including land use, mapping, Saskatchewan land inventory, Grasslands National Park, recreational land use, regional planning, land use conflicts, and the NASA course at the Johnson Space Centre.

This fonds contains material documenting Norman’s teaching and public service. Much of the material deals with labour, human rights and the Canadian Charter of Freedoms.

This fonds documents amateur and professional theatre in and around Saskatoon and contains extensive material relating to the design of costumes, including background research and watercolour design sketches.

The material in this fonds relates to Denham's career as a Professor of English, as well as a significant amount relating to his association with "NeWest Review" from 1983 to 1999. Denham served primarily as literary review editor for NeWest (the book review section was one of the more popular features of the magazine) and more generally as a member of the editorial board. The fonds contains materials collected and/or created by other NeWest editors, including Margaret Gail Osachoff (theatre reviews), Lewis Horne (fiction reviews), Jim Miller, Bill Waiser, and David Carpenter.

This fonds consists of materials used, created, and accumulated by the Saskatchewan AIDS Network. The records primarily detail SAN’s interactions with local, provincial, national, and international HIV/AIDS groups. These records include membership information, correspondence, and workshop/conference materials (i.e. agendas, programs, presentations) created by organizations of which SAN was a member. There is some material pertaining to SAN’s operations in this fonds but most of the operational records are related to SAN’s program-delivery (i.e. organizing conventions, workshops, or training). There are few records relating to the administration and internal operation of SAN in this fonds. A large portion of the fonds is HIV/AIDS resource materials that have been gathered by SAN. This includes pamphlets, publications, articles, newsletters, and information sheets from a variety of non-profit organizations and government ministries.

This fonds contains materials relating to Beach’s academic career and interests in psychology, human behaviour, and counseling; as well as material relating to World War II, conflict in general, and behaviour under various forms of stress.

This fonds documents Dommasch's career as a medical and artistic photographer and educator. This photographic material covers a wide range of subject matter, with particular emphasis on medicine, natural history, the Canadian arctic, and grain elevators. Considerable reference material, relating to the history of photography as a science and an art, is also included. In addition, this fonds contains Dommasch's extensive collection of posters, including those used for the exhibition, "Posters Against War and Violence." This fonds contains correspondence, clippings, notes, certificates and awards, photographs, slides, sketches, posters, films and publications documenting the interests and career of Hans Dommasch.

This collection contains 13 photo albums and 1 scrapbook documenting the Department of Anatomy including symposiums, retirements and classes. Many of the photos have been labelled. The images include photographs of faculty, staff, and students of that department; and various departmental gatherings, conferences, etc
