This fonds consists of correspondence, financial records, inspectors’ records and general business records of the Summerside School District #269 during the late 1920's. All material consists of loose sheets.

This fonds consists of all the original material that was written and submitted for the compilation of the book Heritage of the Wheatlands: Tuxford and Area. It includes family histories (biographies), stories, and historic information on places, organizations, companies and events in the Tuxford area including the school districts of Blofield, Buffalo Lake, Clinton, Fairwell, Southlake and Westlake.

This fonds consists of the constitution (1932), minutes of meetings from 1947 to 1965, financial statements for the years 1951,1957,1960,1961,1963, annual reports 1939 to1942 and 1951 to 1952. There is correspondence referring to a mute boy who saved a man from carbon monoxide poisoning. Included is a history of John Chisholm School.

This fonds consists of the personal papers of Stanley Gutheridge which includes correspondence, education certificates, employment information, receipts and tax notices.

This fonds consists of a book of Minutes of the Mrs. Armstrong Junior Studio Club from the years 1924 to 1930. There is a copy of the program of a recital held in January 1931.

This fonds consists of the first records of Troop No. 1 (St. George’s) Boy Scouts. Included are financial statements from 1925 to 1929, records of the first members of the troop from 1923 to 1940, attendance records and reports of activities from 1923 to 1925, and undated newspaper clippings. There are 4 activity books and 1 guide book for Wolf Cubs.

This fonds consists of the files of the Moose Jaw and District Hospice Care Association Inc. from its formation to its closure. Included are the constitution and by-laws, minutes of meetings, financial statements, correspondence and reports. There is material pertaining to the acquisition and training of coordinators and volunteers. There are brochures and newspaper clippings on hospice care, as well as a scrapbook (binder) of the Moose Jaw and District Hospice Care Association Inc. containing an organizational chart, lists of board members and volunteers, correspondence, newspaper clipping and four photographs taken at the 1992 annual meeting. There is a bound thesis by Eleanor May Stamm entitled “An inquiry into appropriate care for the terminally ill:” which was donated by Dr. F.C. Heal to the Hospice Association.

This fonds consists of material primarily from the 1940's. Included are the Memorandum of Association, insurance policy of the mid 1940's and blueprints of the Club drawn up in 1949. There are lists of shareholders and members, financial statements and correspondence. There are 2 black and white undated photographs and photocopies of photographs. Also there are swim meet schedules, programs, and results, as well as blank membership application forms, membership cards, newspaper clippings and a sheet of letterhead. There are minutes of meetings of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949 and minutes of the Saskatchewan Section of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949. National results and records are also included for 1947.

This fonds consists of three series. There are records of the Moose Jaw Horticultural Society of the late 1980's and 1990's. There are membership and directors lists, minutes of meetings, financial statements and correspondence. There are schedules, information and publicity on events held by the society. There are 2 scrapbooks from 1990 and 1991 that contain photos, programs, memorabilia and newspaper clippings. There are also loose newspapers clippings and some which have been glued on loose leaf pages and a notebook. There are minutes and newsletters from the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association as well as reports, brochures and publication information from the Extension and Community Relations Division of the University of Saskatchewan. There is one copy of the periodical “The Saskatchewan Gardener”, Winter 1995 edition.

This fonds is comprised of three series. There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

This fonds consist of the records of the business and activities of the Moose Jaw Prairie Hearts Quilting Guild Inc. from its formation in 1990 to 2003.

This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Welcome Wagon Newcomers Alumni Club. Included are the constitution and by-laws, membership lists, agendas and minutes of meetings, and planning lists for activities. There are two coil bound scrapbooks of photographs, cards, and newspaper clippings of Club activities. There are two editions of Welcome Wagon International Handbook and By-Laws.

This fonds consists of letters, information and posters pertaining to the Wheat for Vietnam Committee and it’s campaign.

This fonds consists of the minutes, treasurers reports, membership lists and meeting attendance records. There is nothing for the years 1948, 1949, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981. There is a guest register on ruled not paper with names of people present at the Club’s 25th and 50th anniversary celebrations. Everything except the “guest register” is in notebooks.
