The fonds consists of records created by Rev. John Gregorash, during his time as an ordained minister in Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba. Contents are primarily a minister's register, with records of baptisms and marriages performed at: Dauphin, Keld, Gonor, Sifton, Lanuke, and Winnipeg (Manitoba); Musidora, Two Hills, Myrnam, Innisfree, Naughton Glen, Irma, Andrew, Wattsford, Calgary (Alberta); as well as Canora, Moose Jaw, Young, Wakaw, Prince Albert, Kamsack, Glen Elder, Gorlitz, Norquay, Preeceville, Rhein, Hawarden, Hyas, Kelvington, Fort San, Smiley, Biggar (Saskatchewan) and various other locations.
Gregorash, John
The fonds consists of 4 small notebooks created and used by Rev. Frederick A. Clare, during his time as an ordained minister: a diary (1937); a notebook (1940-1942); pocket record book (1933-1946), with information about church officers, communion services, members, baptisms, marriages, and burials for various Saskatchewan locations; and a notebook recording translations of 421 English words into Cree and/or Salteaux, as well as financial accounts information and additional notes.
Clare, Frederick Alexander
The fonds consists of correspondence from Rev. Sam Kennedy, before and during his ministry in Saskatchewan, as well as photographs of Kennedy and the United Church in Francis, Saskatchewan. His correspondence includes: letters written by Kennedy to his mother, from his postings in Alameda (1917) and Francis (1925-1928); to Margaret Kennedy, from various places in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan (1909-1919, 1927, 1937, 1944-1946); and to Isabel, from Francis, Saskatchewan (1928).

The fonds consists of records created by Rev. H.A. McManus, during his time as an ordained minister in Saskatchewan. Contents are primarily a minister's register, with records of sermons, communions, confirmations, marriages, baptisms and burials from Caron, Aberdeen, Bridge Creek, Crayburn, Ile-a-la-Crosse, Loon River, Makwa, Meadow Lake, Pegasus, Regina (Knox), and Zealandia.
