This series contains memos and letters sent to and by the Moose Jaw Chamber of Commerce from 1968-1972. The correspondence relates to how the organization conducts its day-to-day business.
This series contains the records of various committees associated with the Chamber of Commerce. These committees include: retail merchants, band theme, bar, executive, directors, agricultural, winter carnival, economic development, industrial, education, civic, real estate board, safety council, air show, and the better business bureau.
This series contains the records of various water associations connected with the Chamber of Commerce. This includes the Saskatchewan Resources Development Association, Moose Jaw Souris Water Association, Qu’Appelle Valley Development Association and Canadian Water Resources Association. The records include minutes, briefs, correspondence and membership lists.
This fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and reports related to various University and College committees; material regarding legal studies; and addresses from the opening of the Law building. The majority of the collection relates to Tollefson's research into the health care system, health insurance, and Medicare, and includes reference material, notes, correspondence, and reports.

The fonds consists of papers by and relating to Grace and (Rev.) Homer Lane and their work with the United Church. Contents include: general correspondence (1956-1957, 1961-1971); Committee on Rural Evangelism documents (1960); a copy of “Vox” (published by United College, Winnipeg) from 1940; and correspondence of Grace Lane, pertaining to the publication “Fifty Years in Union” (1973-1974).

Health Sciences Building - Interior

Bio/Historical Note: In April of 1950, the Medical Library Committee held its first meeting and recommended the creation of a Medical Library as a branch of the University Library. Located in the newly opened Medical Building, it was in operation by the following October. Over the subsequent decades, the Medical Library has grown to meet the demands of all the Health Sciences on campus. In addition to the Library's general collection it houses the Baltzan and Brodie collections on Medical Canadiana and the History of Medicine.
Bio/Historical Note: The oldest wing of the Health Sciences Building, the A Wing, dating to 1949, was originally the Medical College Building. The Health Sciences A Wing has heritage value as the cornerstone of the medical precinct at the university and was designed by architects Webster and Gilbert. The A Wing was renovated and reopened in 2019. The B Wing was completed by 1971.

College of Home Economics - Class of 1946 Reunion

Rowles Simpson, dean, College of Home Economics; Dr. Hope Hunt; Dr. Anne Kernaleguen, former Home Economics faculty member; and Mary Spinks. The ceremony was part of the 25th anniversary reunion of the Home Economics class of 1946.
Bio/Historical Note: Dr. Hope H. Hunt was dean of the School of Household Science and of the {renamed in 1952) College of Home Economics from 1942 to 1965. She died 21 January 1995 in Saskatoon at age 97.
