This fonds contains material that documents Dr. Bell’s teaching and research activities during his career at the University of Saskatchewan. Of particular note is the resource material for his history of the Department of Animal and Poultry Science, Hoofprints to Reprints, published in 1996.

The fonds includes records relating to Ivo Lambi's research and teaching, and Jackie Lambi's work as a grief counsellor. The Ivo Lambi material includes drafts of books, publications by others, archival reproductions (including microfilm purchased from German archives), and lecture notes. The Jackie Lambi material includes various offprints, resources used for her University of Regina Social Work practicum, and a variety of audio cassettes.

This fonds consists primarily of material from two studies in which Dr. Bone was associated. The earliest, the "Stony Rapids Project", was conducted while Bone was in the Department of Geography. It started with a small grant from the Canadian Wildlife Service to examine the caribou hunt; ie. the number of people involved and the number of animals taken. The project, however, grew to encompass a wider study of the region and its inhabitants. The second study was undertaken while Bone was with the Institute of Northern Studies (INS). The Northern Saskatchewan Housing Needs Survey was a co-operative effort between the Department of Northern Saskatchewan and the Northern Municipal Council. The primary focus was to investigate the housing needs of the Métis in northern Saskatchewan. The INS was subcontracted to oversee the project, train the surveyors, enter the data, and write the final report. The resulting survey was more than an examination of housing needs. It also contains a great deal of socio-economic data which resulted in one of the most exhaustive studies of its kind. The fact that the surveyors came from the communities studied explains much of the data collection success. Both of these projects offer a unique snapshot of the communities studied. There is also material of a more general nature that deals with northern Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, and the Yukon and Northwest Territories.

This fonds consists of material relating to Allen's career including his autobiography, correspondence, clippings, honours, and memorials.

This fonds contains personal correspondence, travel diaries, lecture and research notes, seminar presentations, Jaques' undergraduate note books, personal reminiscences, and files relating to the activities of the Canadian Hemophilia Society and the Anglican Church of Canada.

This fonds documents the career of Douglas Schmeiser, notably his work as a constitutional advisor both in Canada and internationally; his work with the Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan, as well as his study of judicial independence and judicial compensation; and his work on human rights.

This fonds contains reports, addresses, and articles by Haslam, as well as reprints of articles and dissertation summaries produced by the Department of Physics Betatron Group, 1951-1956. Additionally, it contains correspondence, membership lists, submissions, and clippings related to the Association of Retired Faculty.

The fonds consists of files relating to the teaching and research career of Laurie Barron, and consists predominantly of resource files including publications by others and photocopies of archival and library material.

Memorabilia relating to the colleges of arts and science, and law; including the McGoun Cup debate program, student directories, university postcards, crests, and more.

This fonds documents Dr. Fedoroff's research, including his correspondence with colleagues in the international scientific community; and his organizational, executive, and membership roles in numerous professional associations. It provides documentation both of his highly regarded Tissue Culture Course as well as various international symposia to which he contributed. The University of Saskatchewan material includes files from both R. Altschul and J. Jackson, early heads of the department of anatomy, and includes background material and reports for various University studies in which Fedoroff participated.

This fonds contains personal, academic and research material related to the interests and activities of Linvill F. and Avra G. Watson.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, articles, addresses, notes, and case books. Much of the material deals with aspects of international law, including peace-keeping, the role of the United Nations, Canadian foreign policy, the European Economic Community, and the Organization of American States. There is considerable material on other areas of law as well: the judicial system and selection of judges; human rights; capital punishment; evidence; English law; and legal history, including research on law and institutions in the Northwest Territories, 1869-1905.

This fonds consists of correspondence, research notes, drafts, and manuscripts relating to King's books: "A Book of Canadian Poems;" "A Book of Essays;" "Extending the Boundaries;" "The First Fifty;" "Saskatchewan: The Making of a University;" "Saskatchewan Harvest;" and "Three Stories by Joseph Conrad." Additionally, it includes King's articles, lectures, and addresses dealing primarily with Canadian literature. There is also material related to King's other interests: the career and works of G.B. Shaw and R.A. Wilson, provincial and national library associations, and pacifism.

This fonds consists of material relating to Ridgway's military service, his scholarly research concerning the work of Voltaire and Chamfort particularly, his career with the University of Saskatchewan, and his work on internal university committees, professional associations, external agencies (such as Canadian University Service Overseas and the Saskatoon Symphony Board), as well as materials relating to his classes and lectures.

This fonds contains files relating to the Department of French, including departmental minutes and annual reports; as well as files on the Library Committee, the Curriculum Revision Committee for Arts and Science, and the University Committee on Student Social Activities.
