This collection primarily contains materials acquired by Grace Taylor during the three years she spent in Japan, just prior to the outbreak of World War II. In addition, the collection includes diaries from Grace, her husband and their daughter; and numerous family photographs.
Typed copies of some minutes (in A.381.XI.D.5.1), with covering letter -- sent to Conference Archives by Presbytery Secretary. They are not always exact copies so they may contain some details not available in the originals.

This fonds consists of the history, constitution, minutes of meetings and financial records of the Princess Patricia Club. There are eleven scrapbooks containing primarily newspaper clippings and some photographs of the Club’s history, business and activities.
The Year Book includes: digest of actions of the Executive Committee; reports of officials, committees and general boards; statistics of the Church by Conference, presbytery and pastoral charge; lists of ministers and pastoral charges by Conference and presbytery; and alphabetical lists of ministers.
