The fonds consists of records created by Assiniboia Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessors: Assiniboia and Weyburn Presbyterials of the W.A. (Woman's Association); and Assiniboia, Weyburn and Shaunavon Presbyterials of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).
Contents include: minutes and member lists, histories, treasurer's books, and publications. Among the minutes are also some records that pre-date Union, likely originating from an earlier W.M.S. group.
