The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Balcarres Pastoral Charge, Pheasant Creek Larger Parish and constituent churches – their boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.

Contents include: minutes of church boards, sessions and stewards meetings; meetings of local Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; a communion roll covering Balcarres, Wrights and Saltoun; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials held at Balcarres and File Hills. Early minutes also include a 1925 joint meeting of Presbyterian and Methodist churches. St. Andrew’s Presbyterian/United Church (Balcarres), Wrights, Saltoun, and File Hills are among the congregations and communities identified in this fonds.

"Mildred Baldwin of Yorkton and George G. Bate of 523 Avenue H North, Saskatoon, compare notes during a break at the Canadian Conference on Education in Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Montreal. Miss Baldwin, chairman of the Saskatchewan Education Week Committee and a member of the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation Executive, attended as a Canadian Teachers' Federation delegate. Mr. Bate was a delegate of the Canadian School Trustees' Association." Image consists of a half body photo of Mildred Baldwin with a name tag holding a briefcases and purse.
