This fonds contains five photo albums from 1982 to 2005 containing photographs, programs and newspaper clippings for recitals, as well as scrapbooks containing newspaper articles about the dance club and the members' activities from 1989 – 2001

The Westcott-Hurley Collection contains many finished paintings, sketches, and experimental artworks by Hurley as well as correspondence, newspaper clippings, slides and photographs of Hurley, as well as his family, friends, and things that interested him.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Hurricane Hills Pastoral Charge and constituent churches.

Contents include: a Home Mission Record Book (1955-1961), containing baptism and burial records; reports (1915-1923) by H. McKay, George McArthur, and Peter Strang; and reports and diary fragments (1897-1903) by Rev. E. McKenzie. Broadview and Hurricane Hills are among the congregations and communities identified.

This fonds contains images depicting many of the building projects that were done during Innes’ years working on campus. They are not limited to buildings, but include available building sites, roads and walks, landscaping and some graphics. In addition, it includes images of other university campus from around North America, and some from Europe.

The fonds consists of file folders that contain the original compiled information that was used by the 17 local residents that comprised the History Book Committee who compiled and published “Indian Head: History of Indian Head and District” in 1984 (ISBN: 0-919781-26-8). This fonds contains source photos and documents that were used in the compilation of the book. The file folders also contain materials that did not make it into the history book and may be of use to archival researchers.
The top two drawers contain local family histories in alphabetical order, while the third drawer contain files with other aspects of Indian Head history (agricultural history, religion, recreation, organizations, military, education, etc.)

The collection contains two scanned copies of black and white photographs owned by Ines Claggett, as well as five original black and white photographs. All photographs were originally taken between [ca. 1930] and [195-]. The photographs depict group portraits of the "Southside Circle" women's group of the Melfort United Church, young students and teachers and the Salvation Army Building, a curling team, and the former Melfort golf club house - which was originally run by Mr. and Mrs. Dick Harms.
