This series contains the records pertaining to the administration of the club. It is divided into subseries protocols and policies, manuals and procedures, training, surveys, and slideshows and presentations.

This series contains records pertaining to genealogy, such as research and genealogical seminar pamphlets.

This series includes information on the various activities that Number 9 Scout Hall was involved in. This includes administrative duties, field trips, training documentation, certifications, annual reports, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook that contains clippings and other ephemera, and other publications that feature Number 9 Scout Hall.

This series includes files pertaining to the rules and objectives of the club, as well as meeting agendas, and evidence of activities such as planning for camping excursions, Christmas carols, and a commemorative certificate. Also included are two drawings of the club logo, and the club decal.

This series consists of meeting minutes of the executive committee from 1991-2009.

This series contains the financial records of the club. It is divided into subseries official annual financial reports, expenses, tax notices, and dues.

This series contains documents pertaining to various events hosted and attended by Rotary club members. It includes posters for events, such as comedy nights and business achievement awards, as well as information about the Rotary District Conferences. It contains a centennial planning kit, a slide presentation about Moose Jaw for incoming exchange students and correspondence regarding the organization’s involvement with Festival of Words.

This series contains calendars used by Leith Knight for her schedule, appointment, and event keeping purposes.

This series contains three manuals for various officers of the Moose Jaw singles club, and a booklet on the history of the Fifth Wheel Club. The manuals are made up of the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes and information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan.

This series contains documents pertaining to the organization of the choir. This includes the constitution, meeting minutes, annual reports and tax return information.

This series consists of certificates and awards given to Leith by the Moose Jaw Natural History Society, YWCA Moose Jaw Women of Distinction, and The City of Moose Jaw Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee. The certificates awarded are for her contributions to Nature Moose Jaw, community enhancement, her outstanding contribution to heritage education in Moose Jaw, and education through her book “All the Moose...all the Jaw,” and her history column in the Moose Jaw Times Herald.

This series contains two files of financial records and meeting minutes. The financial records include account balances, cheque books and receipts. The meeting minutes includes notes on executive meetings.

This series contains information about support group members such as contact information, attendance lists, surveys, and permission forms.

This series contains scrapbooks and clippings put together by Elks’ members. The scrapbooks are mostly pictures of the Elks, some are annotated. The clippings are generally obituaries of late Elk members and Elks in the news.
