This fonds consists of three series. There are membership lists, ledger, bank book, minutes of meetings, correspondence, newsletters, shipping orders and schedules, and promotional material of the Moose Jaw Film Council during the 1950's and 1960's. Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.
This series consists of minute books of meetings of the Quincy Ladies Aid incorporating the dates 1941 through 1968. A roll call list is included in a portion of the books.
This fonds consists of series of minute books and a cash book of the Quincy Ladies Aid. Also included are memos pertaining to the sale of a portion of the Quincy school land. It was sold to the province for the widening of a highway.
This series contains the 1967 annual report of the Provincial Council of Women in Saskatchewan and the abridged reports of the National Council of Women of Canada from 1943-1952. Some of the reports are annotated by council members.
This series contains pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council. It contains celebratory publications, such as the history of the council, the Golden Jubilee pamphlet and Moose Jaw’s 50th anniversary banquet program. It also contains a pamphlet regarding the Lady Aberdeen Library on the History of Women at the University of Waterloo.
This fonds consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department, two booklets of the Department's "Rules and Regulations." Also included is a book of inventory and accounts as well as correspondence from the Moose Jaw Trades and Labor Council to City Council requesting the expansion of the City's fire limits and regulations. A Souvenir booklet of the Moose Jaw Fire Department as well as documents that illustrate a portion of the department's history, is also present.
