This fonds contains four series: Financial and Legal Records, Meeting Minutes, Published Material and Scrapbooks. It includes tax records, financial reports, grant applications, dissolution records, and meeting minutes. It also consists of published works collected by the organization as well as scrapbooks created by the organization.
This fonds contains one death certificate, one commemorative scroll, and one b&w photograph. The death certificate and commemorative scroll pertain to William James Gillespie, and the photograph is of the reinforcements of the 46th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary force in the First World War, of which William James Gillespie was a member.
This collection consists of five scrapbooks of newspaper clippings on many various topics, including many miscellaneous birth, marriage and death announcements, predominantly from the Moose Jaw Times Herald Newspaper.
This series contains programs and tickets from various events in Moose Jaw. It includes two photographs of Nurse Shepherd and Nurse Drewry (two of the first nurses in Moose Jaw), a photograph of Kay Bird in Crescent Park, as well as two photographs of the Turner & Ellis Hardware parade float. This series contains the some teaching records of Bessie M. Richards, the mother of Austin Ellis as well as TCA airplane papers that fell from the TCA airplane crash over Ross School. It also includes a chart about the first government of Saskatchewan, a prescription from Fysh Drugstore, a Zion Church Choir programme, and a Saskatchewan Music Association festival ticket.
This series contains various correspondences between the Ellis’ and other family members. It includes a telegram from Austin Ellis to Kay Ellis, two letters from John Le Caire, a letter from the Peacocks, a letter to R. H Clarke, among others.

This fonds is composed of three series. Included is a mission statement, rules and regulations for medical staff, an invitation to a Nursing School graduation and a program from a fund-raising event. There is material related to the building service employees. The second series is a compilation of hospital assets and inventory of equipment, some with descriptions and instructions. The third series consists of blueprints, drawings, specifications and correspondence pertaining to construction of the Providence Hospital in 1917 and all the additions and renovations made to the facility over the years.
