This series includes files pertaining to the rules and objectives of the club, as well as meeting agendas, and evidence of activities such as planning for camping excursions, Christmas carols, and a commemorative certificate. Also included are two drawings of the club logo, and the club decal.

Electric Railway

This series contains copies of articles from the Moose Jaw Evening Times and The Railway and Marine World periodicals, which are organized by year. Many articles are highlighted and there is a legend to indicate the meanings of the different colours. The Heseltons have summarized the articles and their drafts are found throughout these files. This research was conducted in preparation for their book, entitled “Not to exceed 10 miles per hour”: The story of the Moose Jaw Electric Railway 1910-1932 and Public Transportation in Moose Jaw to 2003.

This fonds contains a land grant issued to Noah Dean on September 21, 1804. The grant is for 200 acres in the township of Hamilton, district of Newcastle, Upper Canada. It is for lot number 26. There is large wax seal coated with paper attached to the grant. The grant is made of parchment.
