This fonds consists of personal papers and documents of Thomas Gutteridge from 1886 to 1960, primarily in the 1920's and 1930's. There are also two Co Op annual reports and greeting cards which belonged to Mrs. Judith Huntley.

It includes the pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council of Women. It also includes annual and abridged reports and yearbooks created by the National Council and collected by the Moose Jaw Council.

This fonds contains two series: Farm Documents and Memorabilia. The farm documents relate to material required to operate their farm, such as insurance policies, mortgages and Canadian Wheat Board forms and permits. Memorabilia include school, marriage, baptism, confirmation and lodge certificates given to various family members. The majority of certificates were presented to Julius Fortmann.

This fonds also includes a Moose Jaw School District No. 1 100th Anniversary Calendar – Kathleen McClelland, S. Ernest M. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.
