The outing gave committee members a rare opportunity for socializing, and was in the nature of a reward for 'committee-widows' and 'committee-orphans'. In addition to full-time professional duties, committee members too often are robbed of family fun by weekend meetings, extra work."

As well as looking charming in a Siwash, Deanna holds the distinction of being the only Saskatchewan student to make 100 percent on her final matriculation French paper. She was also a winner of one of the Provincial Government scholarships announced recently."
