This fonds reflects the historical research and writing conducted by Richard Dowson. Dowson has completed extensive research on Moose Jaw during WWII. It includes writings on George William ‘Bill’ Ward, a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, and the history of Moose Jaw residents in relation to the sinking of the Line Athenia. It also includes the history of the Moose Jaw Dam-buster Airmen, Sergeant-Pilot Kenneth Brown and Pilot Officer Robert Alexander Urquhart.

This collection consists of thirty-three sets of blueprints and technical drawings for homes, businesses, and schools in Moose Jaw and area, primarily from the early 1900's and 1920's. Many of the drawings are “proposed” plans and the building may have never been constructed.

This fonds contains tax assessments and notices of Mary E. Horn pertaining to land she purchased in Moose Jaw. It also includes a land plot advertisement, as well as correspondences and receipts regarding the land purchase.

This fonds contains one marriage certificate of Richard Wilson and Mary Caroline Wilson dated November 29, 1893.

This fonds contains photographs of Cliff Henderson and his family and others, as well as a medallion from the Saskatchewan Curling Association.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports of services and activities, membership and volunteer services as well as scrapbooks of newspaper clippings and photographs of the business, activities and history of the International, Canadian, and local Red Cross. The minutes are complete from the inaugural meeting held in 1914 to the final meeting in 1991 when the Moose Jaw office closed.

This fonds is composed of nine series including constitutional documents, membership records, minutes, annual reports, correspondence, financial records, various records of the Canadian Federation of University Women, and the records relating to the various scholarships and the preschool managed by the club.

This fonds contains the records created and accumulated by Beatrice Lett. It consists of four series: memorabilia, first aid and CPR records, Ernestine Hudson, and genealogy.

This fonds contains one series of a daily journal that J. H. Brubaker kept in 1920. Notes were made on the weather, loans, payments due, and day to day tasks.

This fonds contains a single series of a minute book of the Moose Jaw Lodge of The Sons of England Benefit Society that was kept from 1904 to 1907.

This fonds contains two journals and a scrapbook kept by John Walker from 1925 to 1967. They all portray Mr. Walker's enjoyment of bird watching as well as his involvement in the Saskatchewan Natural History Society. Also included are newsletters from the Saskatchewan Natural History Society and invitations from the Government of Saskatchewan to the Annual Dinner of the American Ornithologists' Union.

This fonds contains three series: Membership, Meeting Minutes, and Memorabilia. It includes membership rosters, meeting minutes, a vinyl record and two scrapbooks. The scrapbooks contain programs and newspaper clippings about the band from 1960-1971.

This fonds contains one partial draft and one complete draft of 'Tuxford of the Plains: Letters of George Stuart Tuxford (1888-1918)'. Note that one draft has the dates as 1888-1918, where the other has the dates as 1888-1913. Both drafts are typescripts and are heavily annotated with pen and pencil. This material is based on letters written by Tuxford with additional research conducted by Wilkes.
