This fonds contains four series: Officers’ Manuals and Minutes, Financial Reports, Dances, and Membership. It is comprised of manuals created by the organization for the use of its officers, which include the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes, information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan, dance schedules and band bookings, and membership information. The fonds also contains regular, executive, and annual meeting minutes and reports.

This fonds contains Lieutenant T. M Morgan’s photo album of the timber operation by No. 106 Company, Canadian Forestry Corps during the First World War. The photographs were taken in Knockando, Moray-shire, Scotland. Most of the photographs are labeled. T. M. Morgan is the first on the left of the last row of the unlabeled group photo.

This fonds consists of mementos of the 128th Battalion. It includes a programme of their performed music, a Christmas card, menus from their travels and a reunion programme.

This fonds consists of correspondence between W. H. Metcalf and May and Osie Beamish and bonds authorized to W. H. Metcalf.

This fonds consists two series: meeting minutes and promotional and event material.

This fonds contains material about the Green Family. It includes a program from the Moose Jaw School District No. 1 Semi-Centennial, where on page 11 John R. Green wrote about his memories of the school, a Margaret Eaton School Calendar, where Eva Green is listed as a student in 1929, and an RNS Program. It also includes Zion United Church booklets that lists Frances and Eva Green’s names, a booklet for the Fran Pieran Club, a G.P. Plaxton Real Estate booklet, a binder belonging to Eva Green that contains newspaper clippings booklets on local council, business and professional women, and other things of interest, and three Central Collegiate school yearbooks belonging to Eva and Frances Green.

This fonds contains the Ina Grafton Gage Home Board of Directors’ meeting minutes from 1966-1978. These minutes also include reports and financial documents from the organization.

This fonds consists of three books: Wehman Bros.’ New Book of 153 Tricks, and Morang’s Modern Phonic Primer: Part 1 & 2. Morang’s Modern Phonic Primers were “authorized by the Minister of Education for use in the public schools of Ontario”. Mary Harding’s name is inscribed on both part 1 & 2 and the books are heavily annotated.

This fonds consists of material relating to the R. A. F. No. 32 Choir’s Nautical Nites performance on Wednesday, February 16, 1944. The performance was sponsored by the Westhall Club of St. John’s Church and all proceeds from the event went to the local Navy Auxiliary. It was held at the Moose Jaw Technical School. The performance was conducted by Eric Holden and accompanied by William Poole. This fonds includes newspaper clippings about the performance, a ticket and a programme from the event.

This fonds contains a receipt from the Canadian National Express Company and a letter from the Radville Boy Scouts Scoutmaster.

This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

This fonds contains the Botting (Barnes) family bible, prayer book, and three photo albums. The bible includes genealogical information about the Botting (Barnes) family, including birth and death dates of family members. Few individuals in the photo albums are identified.

This fonds is comprised of memorabilia created and collected by Kathleen McClelland about the McClelland, Brubaker and Battell families. It includes sections of the newspaper and newspaper clippings where members of her family are mentioned. It contains compiled family histories of the Brubakers and the McClellands as well as photographs of various family members. This fonds also includes a Moose Jaw School District No. 1 100th Anniversary Calendar – Kathleen McClelland, S. Ernest M. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.

This fonds contains three series: Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes financial records belonging to the Ellis’, such as an account book, shares, and a land title. It contains memorabilia of family and events in Moose Jaw as well as letters sent and received by the Ellis’.

This fonds contains material about the All Saints Church in Middlesbrough, England. It includes histories of the church as well as Father Burn, a newspaper clipping about the church, and photographs of the church. It appears as though this material was mailed to Wild as the material also contains an envelope addressed to Mr. G. Wild from Middlesbrough, England.
