This fonds contains one series consisting of several scrapbooks kept by Philip H. West from 1944 to 1957. They contain invitations and letters to Mr. and Mrs. West, newspaper clippings concerning the couple, relatives or friends. Also included are diplomas and certificates presented to Mr. and Mrs. West, programs of events, various pictures, greeting cards and postcards, brochures of tourist sites, water colour paintings done by Philip West and memorabilia of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.

These consist of correspondence, banking records, invoices from suppliers for books, building materials, coal and other supplies and services. They also include minutes, school inspection reports and employee records filed by year. There are also a small number of related files and ledgers not organized by year.

This fonds consists of six series comprising the business, activities, and history of the Moose Jaw Agricultural Society from its beginning in 1884 to its disbanding in 1992. It contains minutes, financial papers, reports and publicity. There are photographs of persons and events over the years, as well as photographs and slides of the 100th anniversary celebrations held in 1984. There is information from and about the several affiliate organizations of the Moose Jaw Agricultural Society.

The Agnes (Frejd) Richards fonds consists of 34 cm of textual records. This includes 16 textbooks brought from Ontario to assist Mrs. Richards in her classroom. The textbooks cover a variety of subjects, such as poetry, composition, history, nature study, and arithmetic.
This collection contains 26 copies of The Collegiate Outlook from 1906-1914. The Collegiate Outlook was a school magazine published from November to March by the Literary Society of the Moose Jaw High School. It contains essays and jokes written by students, as well as meeting minutes of the Literary Society. These issues were mailed to Mrs. Roy E. This is Doug McGillivray’s “Memory Lane” sports collection. It is a compilation of newspaper and magazine clippings of sporting events from 1904-1993. The sporting events include: horse racing, golf, collegiate sports, boxing, wrestling, soccer, ladies and men’s softball, Western Hockey Association (W.H.A.) hockey, track and field, basketball, old-timer hockey and National Hockey League (N.H.L.) hockey. The clippings are mounted on coloured bristol board.
