Fonds consists of personal and professional papers created by Allan Bishop VanCleave, chemistry professor and Dean of Graduate Studies. Included are lecture notes and glass lantern slides on glaciation; records relating to a high school teachers' seminar in chemistry (1960) and the University of Saskatchewan Alumni Association (1948); and colour slides depicting the sod turning, construction, and completed buildings of the main campus, University of Regina. (1962-1976).

This fonds contains audio visual material relating to politics. Primarily interviews, speeches, and some produced content. Both recorded from radio/television, and possibly some that appear to be recorded first hand.

This collection contains books, magazines, and a variety of ephemera associated with themes of Canadiana, advertising, keys, locks, and locksmithing, mysteries, socialism, sex and gender, science fiction, western living, adventure.

This seems to be a complete day- by-day account of Allena Williams's life between May 26, 1840 and October 11, 1843 (Vol. 6). She was a regular churchgoer and a Sunday-School teacher. The diary notes various accounts of sermons and a service at St. Paul's for S.P.G. There are also accounts of concerts in Hanover Square Rooms, where there was music by Rossini, Schubert, and others, and Beethoven's Sonata in D. Minor finally played by Sterndale Bennette.
Furthermore, she was a studious and industrious woman who always seemed to have either a book or a needle or a pen in her hand, or to be singing or playing.

This fonds includes extensive correspondence with family and colleagues, as well as materials relating to Dr. Mitcham's career as an academic and an author. It also contains manuscript drafts, research notes, and related materials regarding her books "The Last Utopia," "Taku," "Island Keepers," "Grey Owl's Favorite Wilderness," and "Ivan Hicks," among others. The fonds also includes biographical material.

The fond contains club records including clippings, photographs, correspondence and financial records.

This series contains correspondence, minutes, rules and copies of the Alumni Bulletin. The bulk of the material are files related to individual alumni.

This fonds contains correspondence, reports, articles and addresses relating to Professor Shaw's career and research. There is considerable material regarding the development of livestock breeding, agricultural marketing in Canada, and the drought on the prairies during the 1930s. In addition, it contains memorabilia related to the career of Winkona Wheelock Frank, the first nutritionist at the University of Saskatchewan.

The fonds contains contact confirmation cards collected by the club over the decades of operation. QSL cards are, perhaps, the most visible aspect of this hobby. The radio operator would send a 'confirmation of reception' (or 'QSL' in the ham's Q-code) to a listener who had proof of reception time, date and frequency as well as information on the quality of the signal received. They are proof that a shortwave radio station was heard.
