Scope and content
Illustrated collections of stories told by Peter Wiebe to his daughter, Diana Cruchley. Peter Wiebe was born in 1915 near Warman, Saskatchewan. In 1931, he moved to Saskatoon, where he was employed with Williams Trucking. He moved to British Columbia around 1942. The stories relate to various topics including dancing; food; horses; the Depression; World War II; schooling; vehicles; and weather.
