The Legislative Library of Saskatchewan transferred these records to the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan in or around 1986 after receiving them from the Saskatchewan Department of Parks and Renewable Resources in July, 1986. The records were accessioned as 2019-057 on June 11, 2019.

Scope and content

Whiteprint copies of maps denoting forest roads in the Prince Albert region of northern Saskatchewan, annotated and copied by the Wildlife Branch of the Saskatchewan Department of Parks and Renewable Resources from topographical maps originally produced and published by the Surveys and Mapping Branch of the federal Department of Energy, Mines and Resources between 1973 and 1979. Annotations by Wildlife Branch staff include forest road systems, classes and closures, and wildlife management zone numbers.
