Scope and content

Photographs taken and/or accumulated by Harold Halton in his work as a farm labourer in the Delisle, Saskatchewan district, sometime between 1910 and 1917. Includes (1) to (15) images of harvesting, ploughing, barns and other farm buildings, harvesters' tents, labour crews, and horse and cattle teams; (16) and (17) a boy and girl riding in a horse-drawn carriage; (18) and (19) views of Delisle, Saskatchewan, including the skating arena, Monarch Lumber and Galt Coal building, Quality Lumber Yard building and other buildings; (20) view of buildings in Zealandia, Saskatchewan, including the Reliance Grain Co. Ltd. grain elevator.
