Scope and content
Sound recordings of Saskatchewan Electoral Boundaries Commission public hearings in North Battleford, Regina, Saskatoon and Swift Current, Saskatchewan. John H. Archer was chairman of the Commission. Justice E.C. Malone was vice-chairman and Justice R.L. Barclay was a commission member. Keith Lampard served as secretary. Hearings were held in Regina at City Hall on June 5, 1991; at City Council Chambers in Saskatoon on June 3, 1991; at Court of Queen's Bench in Swift Current on June 4, 1991; and at City Council Chambers in North Battleford on June 6, 1991.
